The ground floor is one bright, open-concept sweep that maximizes natural light and backyard connection while keeping its back to the street for privacy. Large rear-facing windows and doors open to the yard — ideal for entertaining or a future patio. At the center, the kitchen anchors everything with a big island and generous counters, plus a pantry that connects straight through to the 2-car garage, so the great grocery haul gets the shortest possible commute. All plan sets are digital files only — no physical prints are shipped. Files are formatted to standard architectural paper sizes and can be printed at any local print shop, Staples, or FedEx Office location.

However, we understand that projects don't always move forward — zoning restrictions, permitting issues, or other unforeseen circumstances can arise. In rare cases, we may offer a store credit or partial refund at our discretion.
